At 1:12am on March 27, 2009, Robin Schafer said…: I applied for soc.sec.disability in Jan. 3, 2008. Was denied twice. I went to an attorney, we applied for an appeal May 2008 and I was told by my lawyer that it could take 15 months to get an appeal date. So now I just keep waiting hoping I ge a date of appeal soon.
